Upon passing the state exam, you receive a pass slip which you bring to Casa Bella Realty Once you are a licensed salesperson, you will need to sign an Independent Contract Form with Casa Bella Realty and join the Greater Capital Association of Realtors.

As part of our team, you will work one on one with Robin Raciborski (owner/broker) to learn the business. You will have opportunities to take courses through the State, GCAR, and Manfred for different designations and advancement in your career. Awards are given annually to top producers by the Women’s Council of Realtors.
